Neuter the Neighborhood

Thanks to a grant provided by the Community Foundation of New Jersey, CPAW is very excited to offer free spay/neuter for pet cats of Irvington, NJ residents! Spay/neuter has many health benefits. Cats who are neutered are less likely to roam looking for a mate, fight over resources, and spray.

Please read the following information carefully

  • If you have multiple cats, please fill out the form once for each cat.

  • CPAW volunteers will be providing transportation to and from a central Irvington location to a high quality, high volume spay/neuter clinic. It will be your responsibility to get the cat to and from the pickup point in Irvington on the day of surgery.

  • Surgery spots are limited. You will be contacted if your cat has been selected for this service.

  • Nail trims, rabies vaccinations, and pain injections are included in the procedure. Additional services are available by request, but you will be responsible for the additional charges.

Please Note: This program is currently open for residents of Irvington, NJ. Also, this is not our general help form. If you need help with outdoor cats in Essex County, NJ, please Click Here to access our general Get Help form.
